Junior Camp Staff

  • Counselor

  • Cabin Mom + Dad

    As the head leaders in their respective domains, Cabin Moms and Dads play a pivotal role in ensuring the well-being, safety, and positive experiences of campers.   • Worship Leader

    As a Worship Leader, you'll have the opportunity to plan and organize worship sessions, including selecting songs, coordinating with the worship team, and leading campfire gatherings. You'll ensure that each worship set is thoughtfully curated to engage campers and inspire a deeper connection with their faith.   • Head Cook

    As the Facility Manager, you will oversee the maintenance and upkeep of our camp facilities, ensuring that they are clean, functional, and inviting for guests and staff alike.   • S.W.A.T. Manager

    S.W.A.T. Managers lead and mentor teen S.W.A.T. participants, overseeing their tasks, and ensuring the smooth execution of their roles. Beyond managerial responsibilities, this role involves guiding teens in their leadership journey and fostering a deeper connection with their faith through daily Bible studies. It's an opportunity to inspire and shape the next generation of leaders.

  • Recreation Leader

    Join us as a Recreation Leader, where you'll plan and organize sports and activities, ensure equipment is properly stored, arrange for hydration during outdoor sessions, and provide support to team leaders and the camp dean as needed, for an exciting and well-rounded camp experience.

  • Camp Nurse

    As the Camp Nurse, your role encompasses overseeing health and hygiene standards, maintaining medical records, screening campers upon arrival, managing inventory and restocking supplies, supervising medication administration, and ensuring the cleanliness of the Nurse’s Station, utilizing your medical expertise and CPR certification to provide a safe and caring environment for all.

  • Teachers

    Serve at CCA as a Teacher, where you'll collaborate with the camp dean to plan and schedule lessons while also fulfilling responsibilities such as being present in the Dining Hall during mealtimes, actively engaging with campers, ensuring punctuality and preparedness for classes, and providing support to team leaders and the camp dean as required, contributing to a nurturing and enriching camp experience for all.
