    • Clothes — one to two outfits for the number of days you are staying

    Dress code: no halter tops, tube tops, spaghetti straps, strapless attire, bare midriffs, miniskirts, no short shorts or tight compression / athletic shorts, and no T-shirts with secular bands or drug and alcohol references. Shorts must be finger tip length or longer. Guys must wear shirts unless participating in water activities.

    Clothing: T-shirts, tank tops, shorts, jeans, jacket, rainjacket, hoodie or sweater, pajamas, underwear, etc.

    • Camp Tip: Make sure to pack extra underwear and socks

    Headgear: Bandannas, baseball caps, sun hats, sunglasses

    Bathing suit (one piece for girls) for water activities

    Sturdy shoes (must be closed toe): Sneakers and closed-toe sport sandals work well.

    Shower Shoes: these can be flip flops or slides.

    Bible, Notebook, and Pens/Pencils

    Sleeping bag or Bed sheet (twin) and blanket

    Summer Camp Extras

    Reusable Water Bottle — We supply lots of water but it’s a lot easier for campers to stay hydrated when they have their own refillable water bottle.

    Spending Money — Canteen cards can be purchased at registration for snacks and drinks. Cards will be available to purchase on the first day of camp. Approximately $15.00 to $20.00 should be sufficient for the canteen. There will be spending limits each time the Canteen is open.

  • Campers are kindly requested not to bring cell phones, as they can be distracting and constantly tempt campers to use and check them. However, please rest assured that we prioritize the well-being of your camper, and in case of any emergency, we will promptly notify you. All cell phones will be collected and securely stored in the office throughout the camper's stay, and can be retrieved upon departure.

    In the event of an emergency, campers are permitted to use the office phones. Our dedicated directors will personally reach out to parents/guardians in situations involving emergencies, homesickness, health concerns, or disciplinary issues. If you need to pass on a message to your camper, kindly contact our office, and our staff will gladly assist you in relaying the message.

    • No one is permitted to leave camp grounds without the permission of the dean.

    • Campers are never to leave the camp grounds without staff or faculty supervision.

    • Campers, staff, and faculty must sign in/out when leaving and returning to camp.

    • Tobacco, vape products, alcoholic beverages, weapons and drugs are prohibited on camp grounds.

    • Campers are not allowed to bring electronic devises including but not limited to: cd players, TVs, electronic games, mp3/ipods, cell phones, computers, ipads and tablets.

    • Campers must turn in cell phones at registration. Phones are kept in a locked safe during the week.

    • All campers and faculty are expected to follow the camp schedule.

    • All campers, faculty and staff must turn in all medications, over the counter and prescription in original bottles, to the camp nurse.

    • When participating in water activities: Girls: no two piece bathing suits. A t-shirt must be worn if a two piece is all that is available. Guys: no racer style trunks.

    • Dress code: no halter tops, tube tops, spaghetti straps, strapless attire, bare midriffs, miniskirts. Guys must wear shirts unless participating in water activities. No one is to go barefoot on the campgrounds at any time.

    • Campers are not allowed on the deck except when permitted by camp staff or faculty.

    • No food or drinks (except water) of any kind are allowed in the cabins.

    • Campers may not enter the kitchen or use the kitchen as a shortcut.

    • Campers are not allowed to use the staff refrigerator.

    • Cups, plates, silverware are not allowed outside the dining hall.

    • Campers are not allowed inside the canteen building.

    • Only designated staff may enter canteen building.

    • Campers may not leave the cabins at night except to use the restroom or in an emergency.

    • Campers are not allowed in the cabins of the opposite gender.

    • Cars belonging to campers must remain locked and unoccupied until the camp session ends. Keys must be turned in to camp office.

    • The camp manager or dean will review and elaborate on the rules on the 1st day of the camp week.

    • Campers failing to respond to the authority of all camp staff will be sent home.

    • Campers caught stealing or pilfering through other's belongings will be dismissed.

    • Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Any act deemed not acceptable by CCA, staff, camp dean, or camp faculty could result in dismissal.

    • Any camper caught with alcoholic beverages, drugs, tobacco/vape products or weapons will be dismissed immediately.

    • Campers who fail to treat other campers in a Christian manner may result in dismissal.

    • Campers will follow rules and policies at all times.

  • When a camper receives mail or a package it is one of the best parts of the week.  Encouraging words to a child who is at camp for the first time can improve their experience.  Please address the mail or package in the following way:
